The primary difference between a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) lies in the type of institution offering the course and the nature of the qualification. An MBA is a degree program offered by universities or colleges affiliated with universities, while a PGDM is a Post Graduate program provided by autonomous institutions that are approved by AICTE, this PGDM Program at JAGSoM is Industy oriented . A two-year full-time PGDM from a reputed institute is generally considered equivalent to an MBA and is widely accepted in the industry.
